Brief Update

Finally, after a long long long hiatus, I finally decided to blog (lazy me!). But I guess there has just been too much going on and I haven't really been able to confront the task of blogging about them.

So lets see, over this month, some of the main events which happened were IJSO, various RISE stuff, SMP, and of course the usual dose of projects and tests. As you can probably see, it has really been quite hectic and i didn't even get a chance to relax much... But ah well, that is always expected during the latter half most of the year.

For IJSO, there is really nothing much to be said (plus I really hope that I don't hurt people's feelings). Just trainings, and yeah, hopefully I get in. =)

Doing rise stuff is as usual quite fun, running around Singapore to buy stuff, and of course doing the usual admin and library work, which aren't really that tedious/tough, or so it seems, at this point of time.

Then, SMP, which was really a killer. Thanks to the wonderful art of procrastination, we always died this two weeks, as we scrambled to cobble together a good poster and presentation, so hopefully it goes well tomorrow! And to all those people in SMP too, jia you!

As usual, I wont bore you with long rants about projects and tests, plus sometimes people say that I unintentionally suan them when I talk about these, so yep, not going to discuss these much. Just a note that I did horribly for cl cct (34.5/60...), but other than that, its mostly ok. Oh yeah, I must mention this: doing bio portfolio is fun!

Finally, over the past weeks, I realised just how difficult it is to talk to people whom you may not know that well. As in, of course if you just want to get something done, its rather easy, but when you talk about random stuff, its just so easy to get misunderstood. So ah well, will just have to be more careful next time! :S
