ORA Day

Yesterday was ORA Walk-a-Jogathon and it was held at RI =) Anyway I was one of ten people in my class selected as people all had Shakespeare 24 rehearsal and some (*cough* andy *cough*) suddenly had to attend imaginery tuition classes!

But it was worth it. For one, the t-shirt owns the community day one.

So we started running at 8, after stoning for 30 minutes (Stephen was 'people watching' of course). Didn't know whether to run or not but some gang of enthu people started yelling and chionging so joel, leong gen, and I followed. Probably started abit too fast so leong gen soon disappeared and so did joel soon after.

Then, I saw lumpy! He was wearing long pants >.< and he challenged me (thinking he could run faster of course and being the enthu guy he is). So we continued running, but somewhere around the RJ chamber room, he too disappeared. zzz... Anyway, I almost died at the final stretch near the dining hall but it was ok. I finished fifth (many people were slacking around so...), completing 1.6km in around 5 mins XD No prizes of course.

Waited around until joel, dom, wen jun and the ex-2k people finished their run. Went to look through the booths. Bought a drink which was quite unusual in a nice way and went to the hall with joel, where i bought the raffles hoodie or whatever which is basically a pull-over with a hood.

I need it cause my jacket has disappeared for the second time this year in class... Don't think anyone in 3G did it since they are nice people.

Following that, joel told me to go to the squash court and I looked at him in disbelief, thinking he was being random again since I never knew of any squash court in school... But then I followed him and there it was, in that place which I had always thought was a dead end. It was really like discovering the chamber of secrets =)

By mere coincedence, yikang and some squash people came down too, and we chatted and enjoyed the peace and the fans. There was also an 'exhibition squash match' by those people.

Now, I just realised that I had spammed too much... So I shall as usual talk about marks and some other random stuff before ending this post.

Geog: Finally, we got the paper back, after 1 month of waiting and I got a 16.5+4 / 25! Everyone got 4 marks added because it was too horrible and the geog department decided that it was the only humane thing to do. So I hope to hang on to this 4.0 =)

French: 73/80. A complete disaster, thanks to the fourth comprehension for which I got 2.5/7... Compo flunked too >.< Must try to improve!

English: PR1 mark out and I got 70 exactly. So lucky =) But must improve to a reasonable level (i.e above 75)

3 CCTs (Common Class Tests) this week. Chem, geog and ss, my weakest subjects. Well, chem was my strong subject but SPA screwed it up so the pressure is on to get a good mark.

Also, RI is playing ACS for B-div rugby. Hopefully they win =) GO RAFFLES!

Off to revise now.
